Editorial Standards

Last reviewed: August 7, 2026

Seera publishes guides about portfolios, hiring, freelancing, and building a professional web presence. This page explains who writes that content, how we research and source it, how often we update it, and how to tell us when we get something wrong. We hold our blog to the same standard we ask of the portfolios our product helps people build: show your work, and stand behind it.

Who writes for Seera

Every post carries a named author who is accountable for it. We do not publish anonymously or under a generic "team" byline where a real person did the work. Our two primary authors are the founders of Seera:

A small number of general reference posts are published under the Seera organization byline when no single author is the clear subject-matter owner.

How we research and source

How we review

Our two founders peer-review each other's work. A post written by one founder is reviewed by the other before and after publication — a second set of eyes on the facts, the framing, and the sourcing. The reviewer is named on the post. We are a small team and do not claim a large editorial board; we claim honest, named accountability.

How often we update

Posts that reference prices, tools, or year-specific data are reviewed on a rolling basis and updated when the underlying facts change. When we make a substantive edit, we update the post's dateModified so the change is visible in search results and structured data. The "last reviewed" date at the top of a post reflects the most recent review, not just the original publish date.

Corrections

If you spot an error — a broken link, an out-of-date price, a stat that no longer holds, or anything that reads as misleading — email hello@myseera.com or reach either founder on LinkedIn above. We fix confirmed errors promptly and, for anything material, note the correction on the post.

About Seera

Seera is an AI portfolio builder: it turns a resume into a publishable portfolio website in minutes. We write about the wider problem our product sits inside — getting hired, getting found, and looking professional online — because that's the work we spend our days on.
